Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

All goods are thoroughly checked prior to shipping. Any item still found damaged or faulty can always be returned or exchanged by contacting our customer care at info@vvbysk.com.

VVbySK is only liable to exchange or return items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Items claimed for exchange or return after 7 days are not acceptable.

Please note that the product must be unused, all tags must be intact, packaging is in its original condition and original invoice is. Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged. Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

We will only exchange or refund any product(s) if it is defective or wrong product(s) has been delivered. Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected/wrong product info@vvbysk.com within 3 days of delivery. After our team reviews the product, an online voucher of the same price value will be offered.

In the event of a package being returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to have it returned undamaged. In case of damage, the product will be shipped back to the customer.

All refunds shall be made via bank transfer and only for the product value, not for any shipping charges incurred. Also, the shipping cost of the returns shall be borne by the customer.

In the event of a product being exchanged, the exchanged order will also incur delivery charges of Rs.250.

Please be advised that inner-wear products are non-returnable/exchangeable due to the nature of the products and to maintain hygiene standards.

Fragrances, cosmetics, jewelry are neither exchangeable nor returnable.

Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on a discounted product are ONLY applicable if the product received does not match the product you have ordered.

 REFUNDS

We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases wherein the product is out of stock.  Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Please allow 7 days for the processing of returns and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 ORDER CANCELLATION

·         You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the 'Return and Exchange Policy' will apply. VVbySK may cancel orders for any reason. Common reasons may include: the item is out of stock; pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
